Mr. H. T. Nataraja, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petition could be disposed of taking on record his submission that the authorities are willing to issue Khatha but without prejudice to approach this Court if there is any default. In response, Mr. Pawan Kumar, a learned Standing counsel for the respondents who is called upon to accept notice for the respondents, submits that indeed the petitioners' request for revenue - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25452 WP No. 14577 of 2026 entries would be considered if an online application is filed.
