2. Heard Mr. Vikash A. Shrivastava, learned counsel, appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Mr. Aniket Verma, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned counsel, for the respondent No. 5.
3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief:
“It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 30.11.2018 (Annexure P-1), passed by Second Additional Session Judge Jagdalpur District Bastar (C.G.), in Criminal Revision No.5/2018, arising out of the
order dated 22.11.2017 passed by the learned CJM Jagdalpur District Bastar in Criminal Complaint case no. Unregistered, in the interest of justice.”

From a perusal of the order-sheet dated 13.02.2026 passed by this Court, it transpires that the matter was adjourned at the request of the son of the petitioner, as the petitioner and her husband were seeking medical treatment at Visakhapatnam. Accordingly, this Court, after due consideration, adjourned the matter for today with a direction to the petitioner to engage counsel of her choice.
5. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, no counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner to contest the present petition.
6. In view of the above circumstance, it appears that petitioner has no interest in pursuing the matter.
7. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. is dismissed on this ground alone.
