The Court made the following: ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The limited grievance of the revision petitioner in this revision is the trial Court is not pronouncing orders in I.A.No.33 of 2024 in O.S.No.5 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jaggayyapet, which was filed under Order XV-A Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for deposit of rents even though it was heard long back and reserved for orders. 3. When an interlocutory application was filed in the year 2024 and when it was heard long back and when orders are reserved, the trial Court is expected to pronounce the orders within the time stipulated in the Code. It cannot repeatedly reopen the matter and postpone the pronouncement of the orders. Such practice is deprecated. 4. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jaggayyapet, to forthwith pronounce the orders in I.A.No.33 of 2024 in O.S.No.5 of 2022 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date on which a copy of this order is placed before the said Court by the petitioner, without fail.
