2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baghmara P.S. Case No.65 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 353, 337, 338, 379, 427, 447, 504, 506 and 120-B of the IPC, section 4 and 21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, Rules 7, 9 and 13 of Jharkhand Mines and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations are made against 100 persons of altercation with CISF personnel. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. He then submits that in identical situation co- accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this

Court in A.B.A. Nos.2668 of 2024, 2657 of 2024, 1165 of 2026 and 1345 of 2026. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.30 of the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of indulging in altercation with CISF personnel.

Considering that the allegation is there against 100 persons and there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.30 of the petition and further in identical situation co- accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Baghmara P.S. Case No.65 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
