The instant Contempt Petition is preferred for willful non- compliance of the Order dated 2nd December, 2025 passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 14421 of 2025. 2. When we enquired from the learned AGP as to the circumstances in which the order passed by the Writ Court had not been complied with, the learned AGP, on instructions, submitted that the process of compliance is underway and that the order would be complied with and such compliance would be communicated to the Petitioner within one week. 1 PDP 12-CP-505-2026.doc 3. In view of the categorical statement made by the learned AGP, on instructions, we are not inclined to interfere in the present Contempt Petition. In the given facts and circumstances, learned Counsel for the Petitioner also fairly submits that considering the fair stand taken by the learned AGP as noted above, he is not inclined to press the instant Contempt Petition, at this stage. 4. The Contempt Petition is Disposed Of as not pressed. 5. It is made clear that in case the situation so warrants, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court. [ADVAIT M.
