When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. P.Satya Haritha, learned counsel, representing the office of late Sri S.R.Sanku office, on instructions, submits that the main writ petition was disposed of on 15.12.2022. In view of the disposal of the subsequent events and also main writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondents. 3. Learned Standing Counsel Sri K.Krishna Bhushan Chowdary, submits that the petitioner has been transferred from DrNTTPS as A.E to CE/O&M/Dr.NTTPS, vide G.O.O.No.183/CGM(Adm,IS&ERP)/2017, dated 01.12.2017. Thus interim order dated 22.07.2015 has been complied with. 4. Accordingly, recording the above submissions, this Contempt Case is closed.
