The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bano P.S. Case No.15 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 317(5) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 11(D) (F) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act and Section 12(1) and 12(2) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter) Act, 2005 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the allegations are made that the petitioner has talked on phone with the persons, who were trafficking bovine animals and apart from that there is no allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has talked with the persons, who were trafficking bovine animals. 5. Considering that the only allegation is made against the petitioner that call from the petitioner was found in the mobile of the persons, who have been apprehended, and apart from that there is no allegation against the petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Bano P.S.
