Sharma, AAAG Mr. Vishwas Fatehpuria for Mr. Manoj Sharma, AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 19/01/2026 On 30.10.2025, this Court passed the following order:- “List the matter after six weeks as prayed by learned counsel for the respondents.” [2026:RJ-JP:2203-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-755/2021] Again, on 06.01.2026, this Court passed the following order:- “No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, however, in the interest of justice, list the matter on 19.01.2026.” Today, also no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant to argue the matter in the second round. This appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 23.02.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge while allowing the writ petition filed on behalf of the respondent-Managing Committee relying upon the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Chandra Lekha & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors reported in 2010 (2) RLW 1138 (Raj.). We have gone through the judgment passed by the learned Single. In our considered view, no error has been committed by the learned Single Judge in allowing the writ petition filed by the respondent-Managing Committee, as the issue of retirement has already been considered and decided by the Hon’ble bSupreme Court in the matter of Chandra Lekha & Anr. (supra). In that view of the matter, the present appeal is dismissed, accordingly. All the pending application(s), if any, also stands dismissed.
