In compliance of order dated 09.02.2026, the petitioner appeared before the Medical Board for assessment of nature and extent of disability endured by the petitioner. 2. Learned Additional Government Counsel, today submitted report dated 22.12.2025 of the Medical Board constituted by JLN Medical College, Alwar wherein, as per the opinion of the Medical Board, the petitioner is having permanent disability @ 40%. Such disability as assessed by Medical Board is [2026:RJ-JP:12069] (2 of 2) [CW-20857/2025] benchmark disability for consideration of the candidate in specially abled category. 3. Copy of medical report dated 22.12.2025 is taken on record. 4. In view of above, since, the petitioner has been declared as possessing permanent disability @ 40% hence, the respondents shall act in accordance with report of the Medical Board. 5. In view of above, the writ petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. 6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. (ANAND SHARMA),J NEERU/73
