With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4. The petitioner, while working as Typist in Kanyakumari District Revenue Unit, was subjected to disciplinary proceedings resulting in imposition of a punishment of stoppage of increment for one year through ____________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.9434 of 2026 proceedings dated 13.06.2025 by the second respondent. It was aggrieved by the said punishment, the petitioner claimed to have filed a revision petition through the second respondent before the first respondent. The said revision petition was forwarded to the first respondent by the second respondent through proceedings bearing O.M.A1/3150582/2025 dated 20.11.2025 and the same is pending consideration before the first respondent. As no action has been taken taken by the first respondent on the said revision petition filed by the petitioner, which was forwarded by the second respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 5. Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the first respondent would dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously. 6.
