At the time of passing of the order, it has come to the notice of the Court that there are some technical irregularities in the present criminal petition and accordingly the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw the same, with the liberty to file afresh. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for withdrawal is hereby allowed and the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
