It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the fourth line of para-2 of the order dated 28.03.2023, in place of a reference of making representation by the petitioner before the respondents on 02.11.2022, it should have been 02.11.2002. Therefore, error has been crept up due to typographical error. For the aforesaid purpose, the present C.M.P. has been filed. 3. Ms. Shivani Jaluka, learned A.C. to A.S.G.I. is present, having no objection. 4. This Court has gone through the submissions made in the instant petition, particularly, para-4 which has not been rebutted by the respondents and as such, the order dated 28.03.2023 is modified to the extent that in place of “02.11.2022” as referred in fourth line of para-2 will be replaced as 2026:JHHC:18723-DB 2 C.M.P. No.631 of 2025 “02.11.2002”. 5. Accordingly, the order dated 28.03.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No. 4140 of 2022 is modified to the extent, as noted above and rest of the order shall remain intact. 6.
