Order 07/01/2026 The present application has been made with the following prayer:
“It, therefore humbly prayed that the
judgment passed on 07.03.2025 may kindly be recalled in favour of the petitioners and relief sought in the petition may kindly be granted to them.” Heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the applicants-petitioners and perused the material available on record.
[2026:RJ-JP:413] (2 of 2) [WMAP-329/2025] Upon doing the needful it is noted that the order dated 07.03.2025 is passed after considering the material available on record, and the plea made by way of this application cannot be entertained as the same warrants re-appreciation of material which is impermissible in law, rather in case of any grievance of such nature, an appeal has to be preferred. Accordingly, and as no cogent reasons are articulated in the memo of application, the same is dismissed.
