This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 151 of CPC for condonation of delay. It has been stated in the application that the impugned judgment dated 07.03.2025 was passed by the learned District Judge, Mandi, H.P. The certified copy of the impugned judgment was applied on 01.04.2025 and delivered on 24.04.2025. It has been further stated that after the passing of the judgment, the applicants contacted their counsel in order to procure the entire case file for the preparation of the present appeal, and after obtaining the legal opinion, the matter was reviewed by the regional office, and thereafter, immediately and promptly, the instant appeal was filed. The learned counsel for the applicants has shown sufficient cause for delay in filing the appeal in the application for condonation of delay.
