The petitioners in CRM (A) 741 of 2025 seek relaxation/waiver of the bail condition imposed upon them to make themselves available before the investigating officer once a week until further orders.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 1st petitioner Chandra Prakash Sinhal is a 71 year old man and is suffering from neurological ailments. He has been advised rest and is unable to meet the investigating officer.
Learned counsel for the State submits that nothing adverse has been reported against the petitioners.
2 In view of the above and considering the age and ailments of the 1st petitioner, the bail condition to meet the investigating officer once a week insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned is waived. However, the 2nd petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions laid down by this Court. The application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
