Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Pune District Central Co- N. S. Chitnis 1/3 NISHA SANDEEP CHITNIS Digitally signed by NISHA SANDEEP CHITNIS Date: 2026.10.13 15:48:05 +0530 10-wp.5986.2026.doc operative Bank Ltd. (‘PDCC Bank’), respondent No. 4, we are of the view that the petition deserves to be disposed of by issuing a direction to the PDCC Bank to look into the grievance of the petitioner. The petition is accompanied by several representations addressed to the Assistant Registrar and what we can understand from the representations as well as the contentions advanced before us by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the loan facility being advanced by respondent No.3, in favour of the petitioner, there is no adherence to the Circular issued by the PDCC Bank. However, since we find that no representation has been made by the petitioner to the PDCC Bank and/or addressed to the Society or the authorities in the Co-operative Department, we permit the petitioner to submit a representation to the PDCC Bank, highlighting the grievance. If such a representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, we expect the Bank to take cognizance thereof, make every endeavour to redress the grievance of the petitioner and ensure compliance with the Circular issued by it by the Co-operative Societies. N. S. Chitnis 2/3 10-wp.5986.2026.doc With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. ASHISH S. CHAVAN, J. BHARATI DANGRE, J. N. S. Chitnis 3/3
