Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was filed by the petitioner on account of rejection of her application seeking release of lease deed by the respondents and now on 29.01.2026, the respondents have issued the lease deed in favour of the petitioner and the same has already been registered in the Office of Competent Sub-Registrar on 29.01.2026. 2. In the light of the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner is not willing to pursue the matter any further. 3. Taking note of the above facts, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
