Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. They have referred to the compromise deed dated 27/11/2020 annexed to the covering memo dated 03.11.2022 filed by learned counsel for the appellant and pray that the same be taken on record. 2. On perusal of the compromise deed, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled by execution of the said settlement. For the sake of clarity, the said settlement is reproduced hereunder:

In view of the aforesaid compromise deed entered into between the parties, and as the Court is satisfied that the same has been executed voluntarily and without any coercion or undue influence, the present Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise deed dated 27/11/2020. The compromise deed shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions contained therein. 4. A decree be drawn accordingly. SD/-
