HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 529/2021 Shiv Swroop Meena S/o Shri Jhuntha Ram ----Petitioner Versus Shri Rajesh Yadav ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Morvi Sharma For Respondent(s) : Mr. tanvisha Pant Mr. Kuldeep Singh Rathore Mr. Arun Kumar, AGC HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 11/02/2026 It is contended by learned counsel for the respondent that pursuant to the direction passed in the impugned order petitioner has been paid his pension, retiral benefits, leave encashment vide annexures R-1 upto R-11. Contrarily it is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that substantial compliance has yet not been made. Vide impugned order dated 25.02.2021, an interim order was passed directing the respondents to grant the pension and retirement benefits provisionally to the petitioner. The reply submitted on affidavit alongwith the documents clearly shows that pensiorary benefits including leave encashment, gratuity and third MACP has already been granted, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the same, then he is free to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. Hence, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. (PRAVEER BHATNAGAR),J ashu /75
