For the State : Mr. Ashutosh Anand, AAG-III …...... 02 /25.06.2026: Heard the learned counsel representing the respondents and the learned counsel representing the petitioner, Mr. Aman Kumar, through virtual mode, who does not complain about the clarity and quality of video and audio. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that rent in relation to plot no. 368, khata no. 93, area 90 decimals, mouza Patra, District Palamu is not being accepted by the respondent-Revenue Authorities inspite of original decree passed in Original Suit No. 173 of 2017 which is in favour of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Circle Officer, Pandwa, Palamu to immediately process, hear and dispose of the application of the petitioner which was filed on 10.03.2026 considering the decree passed in Original Suit No. 173 of 2017 and pass an appropriate order by accepting the rent and by 2026:JHHC:18770 2 issuing rent receipts. 4. Considering the said submission, without entering into the merits of this case, I direct the Circle Officer, Pandwa, Palamu to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing to other parties, taking into consideration the judgment passed in the Civil Suit. 5. It is expected that the order should be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and be communicated to the petitioner. 6.
