Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “That the respondents may be ordered to appoint the petitioner as work charge Forest Worker with immediate effect with seniority from the date he has been offered work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2001.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being permitted to join despite order dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-1). 3. A perusal of order dated 06.11.2025 demonstrates that the same has been passed by giving reference to some execution petition that was preferred by the petitioner. 2 As there is a reference of an execution petition filed by the petitioner in Annexure P-1, this means that there must be an order passed by the Court in a writ petition in favour of the petitioner for the execution, whereof, the execution petition was filed. However, the petitioner has not appended to the petition the order passed in the writ filed by him. 4. Be that as it may, otherwise also, as this Court is of the considered view that implementation of an earlier order passed in a writ petition cannot be done by invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court, these proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for, to seek execution of the order passed in his favour in the earlier proceedings initiated by him. 5.
