The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 125, 352, 109, 299, 126(2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altercation took place between two groups in the market and false allegation of assault is made. He next submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 1973 of 2026. He submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there and pursuant to assault made by the petitioner no.2 grievous injury has been received by one Sarfaraj Khan. 5. It appears that pursuant to assault made by the petitioner no.2 grievous injury has been received by one Sarfaraj Khan. In view of that I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.2. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no.2 namely, Satish Oraon is hereby rejected. 5. So far prayer of bail on behalf of petitioner no.1 is concerned, the case of the petitioner is identical in the case of petitioners of A.B.A. No. 1973 of 2026, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1. ( 2026:JHHC:18659 ) Accordingly, the petitioner no.1 namely, Manish Oraon is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner no.1 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Gumla, in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dt. 25.06.2026 Satyarthi-
