This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the lands in Sy.No.102/5 in an extent of Ac.2.49 cents situated at 67-Donkumanipalli Revenue Village, Santhipuram Mandal, Chittoor District without following the due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 26.02.2026 submits that the subject land in Sy.No.102/5 in an extent of Ac.2.49 cents of Donkumanipalli Village of Santhipuram Mandal is classified as “AWD” as per the fair adangal of Donkumanipalli Village. The writ petitioner’s husband name was deceitfully entered in the revenue records and he was given pattadar passbook vide Khata No.594 for the subject land, but he was never issued DKT patta. Further the petitioner’s husband executed a gift deed in favour of the petitioner/his wife for the subject land vide Document No.2602/2006 dated 27.12.2006. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and having considered the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 26.02.2026, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.49 cents in Sy.No.102/5 of Donkumanipalli Revenue Village, Santhipuram Mandal, Chittoor District strictly in accordance with law. If the petitioner is otherwise found to be in possession of the same, she shall be 5 BKM,J W.P.No.5596 of 2026 dealt with strictly in accordance with law by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner, giving due opportunity, upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits. Any dispossession from the subject land shall not be made except by following the due process of law. The said written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 26.02.2026 shall be made as part of the Court record. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
