Admittedly, when the furlough was lastly granted to the petitioner on 28.05.2019, he jumped the same and was re-arrested only after six years i.e. on 06.09.2025. 3. After some arguments, Ms. Mehak Nakra, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, does not press the present writ petition. She, however, seeks liberty to file application afresh with the concerned Jail Authority seeking furlough/parole for future. 4. The present petition is, accordingly, dispose of as not pressed. 5.
