1. This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode.

The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 0253/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 452/427/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as ‘IPC’) registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that all the accused persons have settled the matter with Respondent No. 2 and have signed the present petition. However, one of the co-accused, namely Vishnu Chaudhary, though This is a digitally signed order. having settled the matter with Respondent No. 2, has not signed the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is not being pursued on his behalf.
4. Learned APP for the State also submits that there are five accused in the present matter, and the petition has been filed only on behalf of four of the accused.
5. Respondent No. 2 is present in Court and is duly identified by the Investigating Officer. Learned counsel submits that Respondent No. 2 has settled the matter with the Petitioners as well as the other co-accused, Vishnu Chaudhary, and has no objection if the present petition is allowed.
6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition is allowed. Consequently, FIR No. 0253/2022 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed qua the present Petitioners.
7. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
