1. The present C.M.P. has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.12.2025 passed by the learned Addl. Civil Judge (Jr. Div)-II, Giridih in Execution Case No.01 of 2001.
2. On the instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the present civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
