Dey, Advocate ---- 02/25.06.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Azadnagar P.S. Case No.01 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 333, 118(1), 118(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case and the altercation took place due to some old enmity. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there pursuant to that grievous injury has been sustained by the mother of the informant and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 2026:JHHC:18745 --2-- A.B.A. No. 3322 of 2025 5. On perusal of the FIR it transpires that there is direct allegation against Irfan Khan of assault upon the mother of the informant pursuant to that she has received the injury and in view of that I am not inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.1 namely Irfan Khan. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner No.1 namely Irfan Khan is hereby rejected. 6. So far petitioner No.2 is concerned, there are general and omnibus allegation of assault against other accused persons and in view of that I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.2 namely Azhar Khan. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner No.2, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner No.2, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Azadnagar P.S.
