The petitioner and the fourth respondent are rival claimants to the property in Survey No. 104/11, to an extent of 1 acre and 33 cents. The third respondent / Tahsildar issued patta in the name of the fourth respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal, which is pending before the second respondent. 3.
