This appeal takes exception to the judgment and order dated 17.05.2003 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pali, in Summary Criminal Case No.34 of 1999. 2. By the impugned judgment and order, the Magistrate has acquitted the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 herein for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 & 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The office remark shows that after admission of Pramod S.Lakare 1/2 PRAMOD SANTOSH LAKARE Digitally signed by PRAMOD SANTOSH LAKARE Date: 2026.10.13 19:36:25 +0530 23-APEAL-1075-2005.doc the appeal in the year 2005, the learned advocate for the appellant has not supplied the spare copy of the present appeal for issuing notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and thus the appeal is pending at that stage for last 20 years. It appears that thus the Court notice was issued to the appellant. Inspite of service of the Court notice, none appears for the appellant. 4. It thus appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. The Appeal is thus dismissed for want of prosecution. [N.R.BORKAR, J.] Pramod S.Lakare 2/2
