Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that in the order dated 01.09.2025 passed in WP (C) No. 4631/2025, there was a direction for considering the representation submitted by the petitioner which was considered and decision was taken and therefore, direction issued by this Court has been complied with. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not dispute the submission of counsel for the petitioner, however, he submits that no action has been taken against the erring doctors. 3. Be that as it may, the direction issued by this Court was to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondents herein have taken their decision on the representation of the petitioner and if in any manner, the petitioner is aggrieved any further, he will be at liberty to take recourse to law.
