There were defects in the writ petition. 2. As the defects were not removed Lawazima Board of Joint Registrar (Judicial) permitted the petitioner to remove the defects during the course of the day on 01.05.2023. When the defects were not removed the same was placed before Lawazima Board of Registrar General on 13.05.2026 when again two weeks’ time was given to remove the defects. 3. Finally when the defects were not removed this case was listed before this Bench. 4.
