Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody, in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2026, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2)/ 126(2)/ 79/ 74/ 76/ 109(1) /117(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned SDJM, at Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed the FIR and has submitted that though there is specific allegation against the petitioner, but after the occurrence, victim did not go to the hospital or the police, she went to the village and thereafter she was taken to the hospital where she was under treatment. He has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2026 and case has already been committed to the court of sessions. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail.
