The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (Town) PS Case No.278 of 2023, for offence registered under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 337, 338, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the IPC, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that FIR has been registered against 23 named persons and 60 to 70 unknown persons. She further submits that there was free fight between both the parties. She next submits that false allegations are made of pelting stones upon the police party. She also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.10. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that 2026:JHHC:2084 2 allegations are there of pelting stones upon the police party. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that said allegation was made against 23 named persons and 60 to 70 unknown persons and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (Town) PS Case No.278 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
