SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 09/01/2026 1. Both the counsel are ad idem that the dispute has arisen between the parties for which both the parties want to settle their claim and counter claim. 2. Keeping in view that the Arbitration Clause 21 of the agreement has been signed between the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohammad Rafiq [2026:RJ-JP:940] (2 of 2) [ARBAP-88/2025] (Retd. Chief Justice) resident of 0-7, Bhagat Vatika, Civil Lines, Jaipur as sole Arbitrator. 3. The sole Arbitrator shall be paid fee in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short ‘the Act’), as amended. The fee of the arbitrator will be equally borne by both the parties. 4. The arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings as per time limit specified under 29A of the Act. 5.
