The defect(s) as pointed out by the office is ignored. 2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State assisted by the Commissioner-cum-Administrator, Deoghar Municipal Corporation. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar is not holding Court and whereas on the other side, the Rent Controller has directed eviction of the petitioner by giving him 15 days’ time. His time stood lapsed on 23.06.2026. Thus, he has been forced to approach this Court by filing this writ petition. 4. Since the eviction appeal has already been registered before the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar, it is expected that the petitioner would file an interim application praying for stay of eviction which would be considered by the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar at the earliest, preferably within 15 days from the date of such filing. It 2026:JHHC:18638 2 will be open to the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar to pass any other ad interim order also, once the petition is filed, awaiting appearance of the respondents. 5. Since there is an eminent threat of dispossession of the petitioner, for next 15 days the petitioner will not be evicted. 6.
