GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE The Court made the following: 4 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.9533 of 2026 O R D E R: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.5 and 6 in trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner in his land (an extent of Ac.3.14 Cents in Survey No.461-2A situated at Doramamidi Village, Buttayagudem Mandal, West Godavari District (now Eluru District)), as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the above mentioned land and was cultivating the land personally along with his family members. While so, Respondent Nos.5 and 6 at the instance of Respondent Nos.8 to 10 were trying to interfere with the possession of the property. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the land stands in the name of the Petitioner and that the survey was conducted pursuant to the complaint given by Respondent Nos.8 to 10 through Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS). It was further submitted that no 5 orders for dispossessing the Petitioner had been issued, and any action would be taken strictly in accordance with the law. 4. In the light of the submissions and taking note of the fact that the possession of the Petitioner in the scheduled land was not in dispute, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondents shall not interfere with the possession of the Petitioner in the scheduled land and any action shall be taken in accordance with the law. (ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
