This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking pre-ponement of the date of hearing in the main case, i.e., CRM- M-23058-2026, from 02.07.2026, to an early date. II. In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, prayer made herein is allowed. Accordingly, date of hearing in the main case is advanced from 02.07.2026 to 14.05.2026, i.e., today itself. III. CRM stands disposed of. CRM-20343-2026 I. This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-23058-2026. II. It has been averred in the application that there are certain inadvertent errors in the body of the main petition.
