Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 20.01.2026 (Annexure-4) with a request to the respondents for posting him to non-TSP area, however, the representation has not been decided till this date.
2. In view of the limited grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 20.01.2026, if received by the respondents, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
