JUSTICE S RACHAIAH ORAL ORDER The present petition is a successful petition seeking for regular bail. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition is filed under the changed circumstances. The material witnesses, namely, CW2 and CW3 have been examined. Therefore, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Taking into consideration, he is having two children. Therefore he may be enlarged on bail. 3. Per contra, the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent/State submitted that CW2 supported the case of the prosecution. The learned counsel for the petitioner made available the copies of depositions of CW2 and CW3. Upon perusal of the said depositions, it appears that CW2 has supported the case of the prosecution. It is further noted that CW2, examined as CW5, has also supported the prosecution case. In view of the same, it is not appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner.
