This Application was circulated in view of the praecipe dated 02.07.2026, same is marked with ‘X’ for identification. In view of the urgency expressed by Mr. R. R. Nair, learned Advocate for the Applicant, this Application was listed today on the “Production Board”. 2. On 16.06.2026, the following order was made :- “1. Heard Mr. R. R. Nair, learned Advocate for the Applicant. 2. Issue notice to the Respondent. Ms. A. S. Gotad, learned APP for the State appears and Vivekanand 1 504-BA-2234-2026.doc submits that the Applicant has criminal antecedents. She submits that the Applicant was externed from the District of Nashik by order dated 12.08.2024 for a period commencing from 12.08.2024 upto 11.08.2025. She submits that the offence which is the subject matter of Crime No. 238 of 2024 registered with Upanagar Police Station, District Nashik was committed by Applicant during the period when the Applicant was externed. 4. Faced with the said contention, Mr. R. R. Nair, learned Advocate of the Applicant requests for time to take instructions At his request and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 23.06.2026.” 3. Mr. R. R. Nair, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application. This request is not opposed by Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 4. In view of the statement made by Mr. R. R.
