JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER WHEREFORE, the petitioner in the above case pray that, this Honble Court be pleased to; a) Call for records in No NA.A.E. 123 T MS 2026(E)on the file of Respondent No1 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25301 WP No. 15969 of 2026 b) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the transfer notification/order dated 22/05/2026 bearing No NA.A.E. 123 TMS 2026 (E)vide Annexure D to the writ petition in so far as Sl No 2 and 3 i.e., petitioner and respondent No 4 are concerned and direct the respondent No 1 to continue the petitioner in the post of Community Affairs Officer, Town Panchayath, Rammannahalli and, a) Grant any other remedy that, this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father has suffered a paralytic stroke and the petitioner's presence is very much required at the present place and he has also placed the medical certificates before this Court. 3. On a query from the Court whether this aspect was brought to the notice of the respondents, the petitioner submits that he has come to this Court and he has not approached the respondents. Under these circumstances, this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i. The petitioner shall give a representation to respondent No.1 by 01.06.2026 and respondent No.1 shall consider the same by 08.06.2026. Till - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25301 WP No. 15969 of 2026 such time, the petitioner's transfer shall not be effected. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iii.
