Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2026 in connection with Nawalshahi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2026 for the offences registered under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be husband of the victim and he is in custody since 01.04.2026. The First Information Report has been lodged on 18.03.2026. The investigation is still going on. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State as well as the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer. 5. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that there is allegation of demand of dowry and the victim died in matrimonial home and the marriage was solemnized in the year 2023. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation and the victim died in the matrimonial home in unnatural condition within 3 years of marriage , this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail.
