1. By this application, the petitioner/applicant, who is working as a Hostel Warden with the respondent No.1 school with effect from 01.08.2008 and has filed the petition for direction, in view of her serious illness. The petitioner has filed amendment application contending that she apprehends that four posts so fell vacant for which the respondent No.4 has accorded approval, the said posts would be filled in without considering the petitioner’s claim by the Management/ respondent No.4. She also pointed out that during the post of hearing on 23.09.2026, it revealed that mere prayer in the application for direction to accommodate the petitioner on the post of Special Teacher is not sufficient and hence, she wants to amend the said prayer. 2026:BHC-NAG:13702-DB
