Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2026 in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026, for the alleged offence registered under section 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the first information report though there is an allegation of demand of dowry and the second wife of the petitioner was found dead in her matrimonial home, but the neighbor has not fully supported the case in as much as prior to the incident victim was found alone at home. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is direct allegation against the petitioner. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the wife of the petitioner was found dead in 2026:JHHC:18558 2 her matrimonial home and there is an allegation of demand of dowry , this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6.
