Petitioner has grievance to the notice issued to him by respondent No.4 on 14.07.2026 (Annexure P-5) under the Himachal Pradesh Road Infrastructure Protection Rules-2004 as provided under Section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Road Infrastructure Protection Act, 2003. 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to avail alternate statutory remedy available to him under the aforesaid Act for the redressal of his grievances, therefore, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3.
