Heard Mr.Shudhanshu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1/State and Mr.Sanjeev Verma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 2. The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 528 BNSS with following prayer:- “1. It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No.239/2025 registered at P.S-Charcha, District Korea (C.G.) registered on dated 29/11/2025 under section 3(5) and 85 of the BNS, 2023 against the Petitioners. 2. Any other relief this Hon’ble High Court deemds fit in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 has been amicably settled before the mediation center of this Court by 3 way of compromise executed between the parties on 12.02.2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 does not dispute the said fact. 5. Considering the settlement which has been arrived at between the parties before the mediation Center of this Court on 12.02.2026, FIR bearing Crime No.239/2025 registered at Police Station Charcha, District Korea on 29.11.2025 for offence under Sections 3(5) and 85 of the BNS, 2023 against the petitioners are hereby quashed, subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions as mentioned in the compromise executed between the parties before the mediation center of this Court on 12.02.2026. 6.
