Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner’s seniority in the gradation list from her initial date of appointment ie., 25.10.2005 and to place her at the appropriate position accordingly, considering her continuous service. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that as petitioner has already submitted representation before Respondents No. 5 & 7 on 23.01.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 5 & 7 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the parties and further considering nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, without commenting anything on merits of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondents No. 5 to 7 to consider and take decision on the representation of petitioner dated 23.01.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
