We have perused the record and gone through the substantive reliefs sought in the present writ petition. Having regard to the nature of the substantive reliefs sought in the present petition, we find that the grievance raised by the petitioners can appropriately be considered and decided by the Grievance Committee constituted pursuant to the order dated 16.06.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1775 of 2026. Since the substantive reliefs sought by the petitioners squarely fall within the jurisdiction of the said Committee, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioners to avail the said remedy if so desired. Accordingly, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Grievance Committee, which shall consider and decide the petitioner's grievance, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law. 2 129-7458-2026.odt 3.
