Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to held eligible to the petitioner for promotion on the post of Lecturer (Physics) and further be pleased to direct the respondents to consider his for promotion on the post of Lecturer (Physics) with effect from 26.12.2025 in place of the respondent No. 6 namely Taman Lal Verma with all consequent benefits. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of Teacher (LB) in Government Middle School. Respondent No. 3 had issued an order of promotion of the Teachers to the post of Lecturer (LB), E-Cadre, however, name of petitioner did not find place in the said promotion order. He however, submits that petitioner is placed at Sr. No. 10368 in the gradation list and name of junior to the petitioner ie., Respondent No. 6 who is placed at Sr. No. 12411 in gradation list is mentioned in the order of promotion. He submits that it appears that due to some mistake, name of petitioner could not have been considered for promotion. Therefore, he may be permitted to submit fresh representation before Respondent No. 2 and in turn Respondent No. 2 be directed to take decision on the representation of petitioner within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner for direction to the authorities, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before Respondent No. 2 and if such a representation is submitted, Respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the representation of 3 / 3 petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
