POONACHA ORAL ORDER The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent, after arguing the matter for sometime, jointly submits as under: i. The respondent would not in any manner interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the suit property, till the interim applications are adjudicated by the Trial Court; ii. In the event any asbestos sheets have been removed, the respondent would not obstruct the petitioner from replacing the said asbestos sheet. 2. The said submissions are made without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both parties and the said submissions are not to be construed as either of the parties conceding to any of their contentions. 3. It shall be open to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement in the matter. 4.
